This home cooked favorited has made its way Kubyertos. Pork simmered in soy sauce, vinegar and aromatics.
Adobo is considered the unofficial national Cuisine of the Philippines. The term itself means “marinated” or “sauce” it has been a very popular cooking process in the Philippines that almost everything can be cooked as Adobo like, beef, pork, chicken, seafood and vegetables.
Adobo’s usual base for the sauce calls for: vinegar, crushed garlic, black peppercorns, dried bay leaves and soy sauce.
